Deceitful people will not ... liars will not

This can be stated in active form. AT: "I will not welcome liars" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-activepassive)
before my eyes
Here "my eyes" refers to David himself. AT: "before me" or "in my presence" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-synecdoche)

the wicked

from the city of Yahweh
David is referring to the city that he is in as "the city of Yahweh." This can be made clear. AT: "from this city, which is Yahweh's city" (See: rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-explicit)
