\v 9 Jehoiachin was eight years old when he began to reign; he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem. He did what was evil in the sight of Yahweh.
It's a bit jarring to see that an eight-year-old reigned for 3 months and did what was evil in the sight of the Lord.
Some English versions have "eight" and some have "eighteen".
Most Hebrew manuscripts have "eight."
The Septuagint has "eighteen"
2Ki 24:8 has "eighteen."
The appendix to the ULB says "The English Unlocked Literal Bible (ULB) is an open-licensed version of the Bible derived from The American Standard Version, and updated using the most reliable Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek copies of the Biblical texts available."
Do the most reliable texts say "eight" or "eighteen" for this verse?
In either case, I think this verse needs a footnote.
