The word “mind” is used in many different ways in the Bible. For example:
* Jesus said a person should love God with all their mind (see: Matthew 22:37). That is, all the thoughts and decisions a person makes should honor God.
* When a person “calls to mind” something, the person is remembering something or thinking about something (see: Genesis 9:15).
