## do not let sin rule...Do not allow sin to rule ##

## your mortal body ##

This phrase refers to the physical part of a person, which will die. AT: "you" (See: [[rc://en/ta/man/translate/figs-synecdoche]])

## in order that you obey its lusts ##

## Do not present your body parts to sin as tools for unrighteousness ##

## but present yourselves to God, as alive from the dead ##

## for you are not under law ##
